Orders typically ship within 2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will generally ship out Monday.
We know that when you buy online, you are not able to try on the item before purchasing which can make ordering the correct size more of a challenge, however we do our best to try to provide the most accurate sizing and measurements possible to help eliminate any incorrect sizing and therefore we offer HASSLE FREE returns.
Please Note: We are firm on our return policy, therefore please note the Return policy conditions carefully.
- Shipping costs are not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping back an item (unless stated as a damaged product or shipping error, see below)
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received for refund to be issued. All tags need to remain attached. Shoes: Shoes must be returned in original box, box must be in original condition, and soles must show no signs of wear. When trying on shoes, please try on carpet to prevent marking of soles.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please take a photo of the damage and email immediately to our returns department at email@example.com You must contact our returns department within 3 days of receipt for replacement.NO EXCEPTIONS. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged or defective item within 3 days of receipt, your return will be rejected for replacement, store credit or a refund. Thread Affair will refund you shipping costs to return the item up to 6.95USD.
- If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair or has any appearance the garment was worn, the return will be rejected.
- Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of the date you receive your shipment. Any returns postmarked after that date will be rejected.
- All rejected returns will be charged shipping to be reshipped to the customer.
- Returns must be issued an RMA number from our Returns Dept.
- Please allow our returns department 3-5 business days to process your return once it arrives to our warehouse and for you refund to be issued to you.
- We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking when returning an item. Thread Affair is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

DUE TO HYGIENIC PURPOSES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE WITH NO EXCEPTIONS: EARRINGS, LEGGINGS, YOGA PANTS, SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, BRAS, BANDEAUS, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS AND BEANIES) SOCKS AND EYEWEAR. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.
Orders placed from December 1-December 23, 2016 will be eligible for a 60 day return period instead of the normal 30 days, as long as they are postmarked by the 60th day.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Thread Affair is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Texas. The appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.
